ABOUT SEAHAM BUSINESS PARK
Seaham Business Park is a relatively new business location, however it is quickly building up a reputation as one of County Durham’s most thriving areas.
The park occupies three pockets of land off the A19 near the beautiful Seaham coastline and is home to a mix of established national companies and growing local firms. Spread over thousands of square feet of land, including the former Dawdon Colliery site, Seaham Business Park includes:
Spectrum Business Park
Prime, flexible office units which cater for micro companies and SMEs right through to some of the area’s biggest and most established firms, including BE Group, Durham County Council, Andrew James Worldwide and Northumbrian Water.
Foxcover Enterprise Park
Located off the A182 just a short drive from the A19, the industrial site is home to businesses including MetroMail, Kans and Kandy, Yearsley Logistics and Sofology, who between them employ over 500 people.
Seaham Grange Industrial Estate
Seaham’s oldest and most established business location, home to a mix of companies both in terms of size and sector. Employers located on the estate include IPS Flow Systems, GBA Services, Funshack and Mission Foods.
Cold Hesledon Industrial Estate
Across these estates, dozens of businesses from a variety of sectors including manufacturing, engineering, retail, customer support, security and recruitment can be found, who between them employ thousands of people.
In addition to Seaham’s three key enterprise hubs, there are also dozens of retail outlets located in the area, including the thriving marina and at the recently expanded Dalton Park.
